How To Train Your Dragon 3: The Hidden World Review

Hello, i am Eira Navalha, and i am going to post my Review of this movie because i have so much to say about it.

ngl i kind of didn't like this one as much. The side characters are annoying and get nothing to do, the villain is kind of just the second villain but worst and less scary, it feels like everyone has given up on the idea of dragons living with humans. Also i hate that this movie treats Toothless's mirror tail thing as if it cured him, he is still disabled. The ending too my god, It feels like they wanted the same ending as the books but as in the books it was hinted since the start that dragons and humans couldn't live together, in the movies they are shown to be able to work together and better than they could without each other. Also hate Light Fury's design and personality, or i should say lack of one. There is nothing to her. Also i hate how this movie teats like Toothless was Hiccup's pet? Just because he was an animal doesn't mean he was his pet. He was actually just friends of different species. And i'm sorry, but i don't buy Toothless leaving for Light Fury pussy, They have no chemistry but we are told to believe that in a day of knowing her, Toothless is ready to leave the people he has been with and i could be considered his family behind becaiuse he found her kind of hot. This movie's message is bad too, the last few movies have been alluding to a message close to "it might be hard to change the world around you, but its possible and its worth it", meanwhile this movie accidentally or not basically says that trying to make the world change is useless and fighting for it is a waste of energy. God i hate this movie.

The more i think bout this movie the worse it gets so i just will end it here. In summary, this movie feels like it doesn't understand it's characters, or the story that came before, or what makes a good third movie. It tries to have the same ending as the book series its based of, while not understading that the book series is so completely different that the only resemblance is the name of the characters and the setting. It has a bad ideas all around and i genuinely struggle to see how it is a good conlusion to this story. Maybe if you watched in isolation of the other movies it could work, but that is not a bar any movie should have to be enjoyable.
